Code of Conduct
PSG Konsult Corporate undertakes:
- To advise clients with the highest level of good faith, integrity, care and diligence;
- To comply with all legislation regulating the financial services industry;
- To maintain a high level of professional knowledge and skill in order to present clients
with the best advice;
- To refrain from giving advice in those areas in which he/she is not technically competent;
- To provide a client with those products and services which will best fulfil the client's
particular needs, with specific reference to the client's personal financial circumstances;
- To disclose the exact amount of commission earned on all transactions;
- Only to make use of product providers that have a formal agreement or contract with PSG
Konsult Corporate;
- Never to receive any funds, in whichever form, on behalf of itself or with the assistance
of any other person or entity, from a client but at all times ensure that the funds are directly
paid over to the relevant financial institution or insurance company where it must be invested.
